Bookings are always confirmed in writing.

Payment 2 days after booking: DKK 500.00 per double room or DKK 1,000.00 per apartment. Rest payment is requested one month prior to arrival. 

You may cancel your reservation untill 5 days prior to arrival.
If you have already paid partially or fully for your stay, the amount paid will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK 500.- per room / DKK 1,000.- per apartment.

Cancellations later than 5 days prior to arrival, you will be charged full price
