The food at Hotel Balka Strand is based on the classic and international cuisine, where quality and creativity with a focus on taste and appearance in mind. The food is made from scratch, varied and surprising with a goal of using local and Danish products according to the seasons.

In outer seasons, the restaurant is open from 18.00 – 20,00 or by appointment.
